Making Tyler Florence's classic mushroom risotto! Will report back on how it turns out...yummmm!

founder: becca: I may be southern by birth (and proud of it) but I'm an adventurer of the world at heart! My love of being in the kitchen started at an early age once I tasted my grandmother, Mymama's, famous chocolate fudge cake and her always amazing Southern meals. Originally baking was my first love but I now love to cook any and everything. Cooking has become a favorite pastime for my husband and me. It seems our only limitations to what we make is what is available to us in Arkansas but we love it here all the same! Fresh farmers market produce abounds and during work trips one of us can usually snag something unusually interesting for meals. We do live in Bentonville, AR, home of Walmart, Tyson, JB Hunt and of course, the world famous Arkansas Razorbacks. As one of our friends says, this is God's country and we tend to agree. I hope that my notes and mementos serve as inspiration that anyone can cook, it's easy as 1-2-3! Becca (written 12/29/11)
